Learn About Adult Protective Services Colorado PEAK Colorado PEAK is the fast and easy way to access benefit information for programs including SNAP (food assistance), Health First Colorado (medical assistance), CCCAP (child care assistance), and others. Apply for Assistance Programs Economic Assistance Assistance programs for families, children and adults are paid for using state and federal funds and may be available to those who meet the eligibility requirements of each program. When customers spend their SNAP benefits at participating farmers markets or select retailers, those food benefits will be matched dollar for dollar for Colorado-grown, fresh fruits and vegetables, up to $20 per visit.
